Limited time special menu from 4th July to 15th July is "Khao mok gai".

”Khao mok gai” is the thai version of chicken biryani.

“Khao” is rice, “mok” in this context is “bury”, “gai” is chicken.
In summary the name “Khao mok kai” is “chicken buried in rice” which explains the way of cooking this dish.
It consists of flavorful rice & chicken marinated with spices(not hot), and homemade green sauce.
Chilli, coriander, and mint green sause is maybe the key that makes "Khao mok gai" Thai dishes.
Add something hot and fresh goes so well with rice and chicken.
It's fun to change the taste, enjoy our new menu!



7/4(木)～7/15(月)の期間限定メニューは「カオモックガイ」です。

カオモックガイはタイ風ビリヤニとも言われる、スパイシーなチキンの炊き込みご飯です。
タイ料理というと激辛を想像される方も多いかと思いますが、こちらは唐辛子は使ってません。
辛くないけれど、スパイスたっぷり！風味豊かな料理です。

カフェアヤム特製のグリーンソースをかけていただくと、爽やかな酸味と辛味がプラスされます。
