Limited time menu from 6th Jun to 19th Jun is Indonesian one-plate meal, "Babi Goreng & Gado-gado".
”Babi Goreng” is Balinese spicy fried pork. we serve it with "Sambal Mata(Balinese fresh harb mix)".
”Gado-gado” is an Indonesian salad of a varity of boiled vegetables with a rich and spicy peanuts sause dressing.
It's one of a very popular Indonesian dish.

6月6日(土)から6月19日(金)の期間限定メニューは、「バリ島風カリカリポークとピーナッツソースの温野菜サラダ」です。

バリ島風カリカリポークは、数種類のスパイスでマリネした豚肉の唐揚げです。
「サンバル・マタ」というバリ島ならではの生ハーブミックスを添えています。

ピーナッツソースの温野菜サラダは、茹で野菜に甘辛味のピーナッツソースをかけたインドネシア風サラダ。
インドネシア語では「ガドガド」と言います。
野菜だけではなく、茹で卵と厚揚げも付いてボリュームたっぷりです。

この2種類のおかずとごはんを盛り合わせて、ワンプレートでお出しします。
(もちろん、えびせんも付いてます♪)
